Dr. Baxter has been in private practice in the Houston area since 2005. A transplant from San Diego, CA, Dr. Baxter is now a co-owner of South Texas Foot Specialist. Dr. Baxter specializes in podiatric medicine and surgery and is Board Certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

Dr. Baxter obtained his degree at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Fransisco, CA, where he was recognized with “Honors” in both his Podiatric Medicine rotation and his Podiatric Radiology rotation. He graduated in 2002 when he began his post-graduate residency training. Dr. Baxter spent 3 years training in foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Baxter also focuses on non-surgical solutions for foot and ankle trauma and pathology.

Dr. Bridges graduated from his medical class as co-valedictorian. As a Texas state champion in collegiate tennis, Dr. Bridges carries his interest in athletics into his medical practice. His goal is to utilize advanced treatments to return his patients to work, activities and sports as quickly as possible.

Dr. Koepsel is board certified in foot and ankle surgery. He is a Diplomat with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

Dr. Rockett received his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the Medical School Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed a Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgical residency at the University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics in Illinois.

As the former research and education director of the Harris County Podiatric Surgical Residency and Foot and Ankle Fellowship Programs, Dr. Rockett has published multiple manuscripts in peer reviewed publications.

Dr. Sands specializes in disorders of the foot and ankle, including bunions, hammertoes, heel pain, sports injuries, reconstructive flatfoot surgery, trauma, and congenital deformities. He is the only surgeon in the Clear Lake Area performing foot appearance enhancement surgery. He is board certified by the APBS in foot surgery.
